Westville - Park Shelter & Softball Field Fees

Park Shelter

Reservations must be received by the Clerk-Treasurer's Office and the rental fee must be paid in full at that time. The fee to rent the Park Shelter is $150.00 per day, which includes a refundable deposit of $50.00 if shelter is left clean. The Town may retain the $50.00 deposit if the shelter needs to be properly cleaned.

Softball Field

Reservations must be received by the Clerk-Treasurer's Office and the rental fee(s) must be paid in full at that time. The fee to rent one Softball Field is $200.00 per day, which includes a refundable deposit of $100.00, if the field is left clean. The Town may retain the $100.00 deposit if the field needs to be properly cleaned

If an individual needs to cancel their reservation of the Shelter or a Field, and notifies the Clerk-Treasurer's Office in writing at least two weeks in advance of the rental date, they are entitled to a full refund of their total rental fee. Those individuals failing to properly notify the Town of cancellation of their reservation will have their refundable deposit returned by the Town.
